The Americas Cake & Sugarcraft Fair | Sept. 18 – 20, 2015
The Orange County Convention Center and Satin Ice will play host to hundreds of confectioners and lovers of sweets, Sept. 18 – 20. The event will offer up cake competitions, a sugar fashion show, live prsentations and celebrity culinary guests, including TLC’s Cake Boss, cake artist Buddy Valastro. Valastro will soon unveil his first Orlando Bakery, Carlo’s Bakery at The Florida Mall.
